A little gem of a restaurant, tucked away in a side street not far from the beach. Doesn’t look much from the outside but as with any good restaurant, the food is the star. The best way to describe it is Asian/Italian fusion. We had a starter of peking duck gyozas, which were delicious. Our mains were, sea bass on a creamy risotto, and linguine with prawns and mussels. Everything was perfectly cooked and delicious. Wine was good value. All in all a great experience.
Special, original and tasty dishes eaten at Sauvage. As a starter a huge salad with goat cheese, pine nuts, pomegranate seeds and bacon. Main course were two small brioche breads filled with guacamole and tuna and for me without coriander. Delicious! The dessert was also really great: French toast of brioche bread with vanilla ice cream and raspberries. Finally, a digestif of the house. Recommended!
If you find yourself in this place, count yourself lucky. The cuisine is an eclectic blend of Japanese, Spanish, and South American and as someone who isn’t typically a big fan of fusion food, I can say it was outstanding. Ditch the touristy places selling “tapas” and get yourself a genuinely good meal here.
A very interesting restaurant where the food and service are the main characteristics providing an enjoyable relaxing and satisfying time. The salads are excellent with interesting and wonderful flavours.
This is by far the best restaurant I’ve ever been to. The food is absolutely delicious, the service is outstanding, and the prices are very reasonable. Every time I visit Marbella, I make sure to stop by Sauvage, it never disappoints.
Nice find. Friendly service. Food was interesting and fair value. Well worth a try.
Me and my wife entered the restaurant randomly. We selected the crab burger and the turbot in Thai style. We are very satisfied with / amazed by the creativities and combination of different materials, even inspiration of diverse cultures. A must visit in Marbella!
